Belgrave Baheno is a community based voluntary organisation located in the inner city ward of Belgrave, Leicester. Over twenty years Belgrave Baheno has sustained steady growth and progress with a membership of over 5,000 women and girls.

Belgrave Baheno operates from two terraced premises in the heart of the Belgrave area and provides a comprehensive programme of quality educational, training and leisure activities for the local community.

Five local women started the organisation as the Belgrave Girls Youth Movement in 1979 and the organisation based its philosophy on Asian women and girls working together in sisterhood ('Baheno', meaning 'sisters', pronounced 'ba-heh-no').

Belgrave Baheno has a long history of successful service delivery and has built an effective operating management infrastructure able to deliver multiple services.
Annually, the organisation manages over £600,000 in the provision of local and national community services.
